I can’t tell you how great of a job Scott Koester and True Craft Remodelers has done for my family and myself over the last six months. Whatever job we have asked Scott to do, he’s done it and at a high quality of work.

For my Mom and Stepdad, he completely gutted their bathroom. He installed heating elements in the floor as they are getting older, so the floor is nice and warm as they walk across it, along with the installation of a medical tub that has all of the bells and whistles on it. He also put in a shower that’s out of this world!

For my brother and I, he has put a new front porch on both of our houses. The impressive part is that both of them are completely different in design. My brother’s deck is made of wood with 6” cedar posts. There are no screw holes showing anywhere on the deck itself! Scott was able to put the nail holes on the side of the boards, so they are completely unnoticeable. On my deck, we used all PVC decking as I am getting older and do not have the time or the ability to work on it every year. This deck will outlast me! All of my neighbors and friends have commented on the quality of work and how beautiful it looks.

On top of this, we have a number of rental houses that need repair and Scott is helping on those.

True Craft did an exceptional job on my kitchen remodel. Scott, the owner, had great suggestions for the remodel; for example he found a nice looking and budget friendly solution for incorporating a free standing fireplace I had purchased into the kitchen to make it look built in. He also went above and beyond by installing a temporary sink for me in the kitchen to make the remodeling project as easy and stress free as it could be during construction. True Craft always showed up when they said they’d be there, cleaned up after every visit, and always kept me informed on progress and potential issues so the project went very smoothly. My kitchen looks great and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.
